Hi there, just wanted to thank you for the Happy Cap anti anxiety caps. I've been struggling with anxiety and my heart and middle of my chest were beating out of control, I took one capsule and within 15 - 20 minutes it stopped and I was no longer feeling the effects of the anxiety. It's only been 1.5 weeks of using Microwake Go Caps (Morning) and Bliss Caps (evening) and I am absolutely blown away. Having been apprehensive to try mushrooms as someone who has always had a busy mind and struggled to focus, relax and regulate my emotions, I am so glad I did and wish I had tried them earlier.
I can tell on my days off taking them that I feel more scattered, I am triggered by little things and i'm overwhelmed by everyday life. But taking them allows me to handle 100 things at once without getting stressed and exploding.
